On the 26th of January, 2024, the Guru Nanak College of Pharmaceutical Sciences celebrated Republic Day with immense pride and patriotic fervor. The college campus was adorned with the tricolor decorations, and the air resonated with patriotic songs. The event commenced with the hoisting of the national flag, followed by the singing of the national anthem, evoking a sense of unity and national pride.
The celebration featured inspiring speeches by faculty members, highlighting the importance of the day and the values enshrined in the Constitution. Students showcased their talents through cultural performances, including traditional dances and patriotic songs, emphasizing the diversity and unity of the nation. Additionally, a special exhibition was organized, displaying projects and artworks created by students that depicted India's rich heritage and achievements. Nearly all students from the Pharmaceutical department participated, reflecting their respect for the nation and their commitment to civic engagement.
